PROCESSING TIMES
Standard Order: Once your order has been placed, it will take 1-3 business days to be shipped out.
Personalized Order: All personalized orders will take 5-7 business days to complete, and be shipped out.
Refilled Order: Once candle jar is received, it will take 3-5 business days to be refilled and shipped out.
SHIPPING
Local Delivery: Due to COVID-19, all local deliveries will be contactless. Your item will be left curb side at your shipping address. We will take a photo of your delivered package, and send it as an email notification, to your email provided. Please ensure you include proper shipping and email address.
Pick Up / Drop Off Location: If you would like to pick up your order, you may do so between 10am-4pm at our designated pick up location. You may also drop off your candles for the refill program, at our designated location as well.
National / International: Shipping rates are applied by weight and size of your package, through Canada Post.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Damaged/Missing Items: We ask that you inspect your items immediately upon receipt. You will have 48 hours upon arrival to inspect your order. If you find that your item is broken or missing, contact us immediately to correct the issue. All missing or broken items will be subject to a choice of a full refund or an exchange.
Refunds: Refunds will not be issued until we received the item(s), and have inspected the item. This process can take up to 5 business days.
Exchanges: If you burn your candle, and you are unhappy with your scent, we will gladly exchange your candle, Please note that you will be responsible for returning the candle to us, along with a new shipping fee. Candle must be less than 25% burned.
